Each strength and conditioning class is geared for athletes looking to gain strength and cardio vascular training. We focus on resistance training, plyometrics, agility and speed training. These sessions are fun and motivating that teach basic fitness fundamentals, that improve athletic performance and increase confidence. We offer several sessions throughout the year. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 9:30am -12:30am
1 hour workout, 1hour walk to park + games, and lunch (provided)
